Born in 1939 in Hong Kong, Kwok Hoi Chan is an endearing figure of international design. He undertakes architectural studies. In 1966 he emigrated to England where he worked on the construction of the Ship Queen Elizabeth 2. He moved to France and began a long and fruitful collaboration with Steiner. The works he creates included for many of them to the Pantheon design of the 1960s-1970s He died in 1990 in Hong Kong.
